Eric Hopkins named CEO of the Year by Business in Vancouver

October 30, 2023, Burnaby, B.C. – Based on outstanding customer service results, innovative business practices, a progressive culture of leadership and learning, and much more, BCAA’s President & CEO Eric Hopkins has been named CEO of the Year in the large private company category in this year’s C-Suite Awards, given out by Business in Vancouver.

The rigorous award process reviewed BCAA’s vision, business goals and objectives, financial management and results, leadership development and culture, innovation, and community impact, amongst other aspects. Highlights included BCAA’s commitment to its Purpose of moving British Columbians forward, its dedication to giving back to communities, and continuing to strengthen and grow its Insurance, Membership, Car Share and Automotive businesses, with a focus on customer experience.

Additionally, Eric was recognized for leading BCAA to being named a Top Employer for five consecutive years, along with BCAA’s commitment to providing an employee experience focused on diversity, equity and inclusion.
