Opt-Out

  • Text STOP to 22222 and you will no longer receive SMS messages from BCAA. A text message confirming that you have unsubscribed will be sent to your mobile. Standard message and data rates may apply.

LIMITATIONS

Text messages are distributed via third party mobile network providers and, therefore, BCAA cannot control certain factors related to message delivery or guarantee availability or performance of the Program, including liability for transmission delays or message failures. BCAA is not responsible for lost, incomplete, stolen, undelivered or misdirected SMS messages. BCAA may discontinue the Program at any time, without notice, but these Terms and Conditions will still apply.

TEXT MESSAGES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND BCAA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BCAA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE, NOR DOES BCAA MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

BCAA may, in its sole discretion, change these Terms & Conditions from time to time as it relates to future use of the Program or other SMS services, by posting revised Terms & Conditions on BCAA’s website. By using the Program after the revised Terms & Conditions have been posted, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions.
