Canada Post Delays & Your BCAA Coverage

Canada Post recently experienced a labour disruption and, while postal service has resumed, delays may continue. This could affect the delivery of important documents, including your BCAA Membership or Insurance renewal information.

If you have a recent or upcoming renewal, and you aren’t on Automatic Renewal, here’s what you need to know:

  • If you’ve already renewed: Thank you, you’re all set. No further action is required.
    • If it hasn’t already, your renewal package will still arrive in the mail and can be kept for your records. For added peace of mind, confirm your coverage anytime at bcaa.com/myaccount.
  • If you haven’t renewed: Visit bcaa.com/myaccount to confirm your renewal date.
    • If your policy or Membership is still active, please make a payment.
    • If your policy or Membership has expired, we’re here to help. Please contact us to discuss your options by calling 1.888.268.2222 or visiting your nearest BCAA Service Location.

Have more questions on ways to pay or how these delays could impact your coverage? Visit bcaa.com/contact to get in touch.
