Left stranded on a ski trip until BCAA got the vacation back on track

I wanted to leave a compliment about one of the BCAA tow truck drivers in Kelowna, Rick. I was staying up at Big White Ski Resort and, after sitting for a couple of days, my car would no longer start. Some of the neighbours tried to help me out and give me a boost with two different vehicles and we had no luck with this. I called BCAA the next morning and Rick arrived within about an hour. He got my car running within about 10 minutes! He was super friendly, fast and helpful. He gave me some good insight as to what might have happened with my vehicle. I also had a 10-hour drive back home to Alberta the next day, and at this time, I did not have any other friends or family out in the area who would've been able to help me out. Although there are much worse places to be stranded, thanks to Rick, I did not get stranded!
