The annual BC Top Employer list is based on a robust assessment that pitches BCAA against some of the most impressive employers in the province and recognizes that BCAA is one of the very best places to work.

BC Top Employers is part of the Top Employers awards program which is in its 19^th year, and this special designation recognizes employers that lead their industries to offer exceptional places to work. To make this year’s list, BCAA was assessed as providing its employees with some of the most progressive and forward-thinking programs in the province, evaluated on 8 criteria:
